About

Fusion Massage is a deep tissue, remedial massage, designed to find and remove all tension from the body. This massage draws from both Western and Eastern understandings of the body and is designed to release muscular tension, clear blockages in the flow of the body's energy and leave the recipient balanced and tension free, allowing the body to readjust and rediscover its natural posture.

Fusion Massage looks at the body as a whole, we don’t just treat one area. If a client presents with pain or restricted movement in one part of the body the problem may well originate elsewhere in the body. Fusion massage tracks and then treats the source of the pain giving longer lasting and quicker results. Every Fusion Massage treatment is different, we do not follow a set formula or sequence of strokes, instead the massage is tailored to every individual for every treatment.

Fusion Massage works deeper than most sports massage, has been found to improve circulation and restore a range of motion and flexibility. We take the best from a range of massage theories including Thai, Shiatsu, Swedish, Raynor and Western remedial and sports massage

On your first visit it will be necessary to add approximately 20 minutes to the treatment session. This will allow time for a thorough consultation with Janine to take place. You will be asked details about your general lifestyle including personal details, diet, sleeping patterns, medical history and stress levels. This will enable the most effective treatment plan to be determined.
